SLEEP WELLNES CONSLUTING. Sleep is a critical health behavior, yet often one that is often forgotten in typical health promotion in workplace-based health initiatives and wellness programs. Adults need 7 – 8 hours of sleep, while teenagers need closer to 9 hours of sleep at night.
